Why is the soap sometimes discolored when it comes out of the soap pump?
Discolorations can be caused by the pH value of the soap. Soaps with a high pH value react with the metal and allow the soap to turn brown if the pump has not been used for a while. Use a mild and pH-neutral soap instead.

Our towel warmers with timer have an overheating protection. If too many towels are hung on the warmer, the overheating protection is activated and the towel warmer switches off to avoid overheating. Unfortunately not. However, you can turn some of our towel rails upside down so that the on/off button ends up at the top left.
